Make the problem, options, and next step easy to understand.
Meet Bryan Keys
The name on the sign comes with a standard.
Big Man Construction was built to give homeowners straight answers, a clear path forward, and a contractor who takes responsibility for what happens next.

Why Bryan built Big Man
Homeowners deserve a roofer who explains the work and follows through.
Bryan saw how quickly a roofing decision could become overwhelming: unfamiliar terms, insurance questions, changing timelines, and too many unanswered calls.
He built Big Man Construction to give homeowners something steadier—a documented look at the roof, a clear explanation of the options, and an organized process from the first look through final review.
Bryan brings an athlete’s mindset to the work: prepare carefully, execute with discipline, review what happened, and keep improving. That mindset shapes how he evaluates roofs, explains options, and organizes projects.

What the name stands for
Show what we see. Explain the path. Stand behind the work.
Your roof protects the people and things that matter most. A decision that important deserves more than a rushed look, a vague proposal, and silence after signing.
From the first conversation and documented findings to the estimate, project updates, and final review, Big Man Construction keeps the experience clear and connected.
Follow through instead of making the homeowner manage the process.
Prepare well, document the work, and finish the details.
Respect the property, your time, and the importance of the decision.
Back recommendations with visible findings and useful context.
Keep learning and improving the homeowner experience.

Central Florida focus
A Florida roof needs a Florida-minded plan.
Central Florida roofing requires planning for intense sun, wind-driven rain, tropical weather, ventilation, permitting, and material-specific installation rules. Those realities shape how we inspect, explain, and plan the work.
We confirm the property location and project needs before the appointment so you know what to expect from the start.
